SUMMARY:Joint WG2+3+4+5 workshop “Interfaces in Emerging Chalcogenide Based Solar Cells”
DESCRIPTION:Following up on last year’s successful workshop (see video)\, we are adding another layer to our solar cell venture to make it even better; one might say we are going tandem! Have you ever wanted to share your research with the public but did not know how to get started? In this dynamic three-day workshop\, we will address how to go from an initial idea or opportunity\, through the development phase to the day of the outreach event itself. The aim of this workshop will be to guide participants through the iterative process of developing didactic material\, under the guidance of the Scienteens Lab\, while working in small teams. The developed material will be presented to the harshest of critics\, a class of high‑school students\, which will conclude the event. The target audience for the didactic material is teenagers and young adults (15-23 years old). This event will be hosted by the Physics and Sustainability Scienteens Lab and the E4L outreach teams of the University of Luxembourg on the 11th – 13th of May 2026. As this is a hands-on course\, in-person participation is mandatory. This event is funded by the ReNew-PV COST network and participation costs will be covered for 10 participants\, who need to be a member of the network. Application of self-funded participants is welcomed. The registration deadline is Monday 23rd of March 2026. The registration page can be found here. After the registration period has ended you will get invitation through the E-COST system\, and acceptance in E-Cost gives the right of participation. DESCRIPTION:Following up on last year’s successful workshop (see video)\, we are adding another layer to our solar cell venture to make it even better; one might say we are going tandem! SUMMARY:Next Generation High Efficiency Photovoltaics International School and Workshop (NEXTGEN 2024)
SUMMARY:Joint WG2+5 Meeting at Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin\, Lise-Meitner Campus\, Wannsee\, Berlin\, 12-13 September
