RenewPV is happy to announce a fourth joint publication!

A recent publication on Cu2BaSnS4 is the result of a collaboration between Renew-PV members from Algeria and Romania. The article published in Materialia addresses a structural, optical and morphological detailed study of trigonal Cu2BaSnS4 thin films which is being considered as a new alternative absorber layer for solar cells. This quaternary phase is competing with several secondary phases including Cu2SnS3. However, the authors did succeed to make single phase material. Read the article
